Established in 1929, KCS has grown to be a Central California leader in the debt collection business. Our collection client base includes 16 major hospitals, over 700 individual healthcare providers, numerous retail and commercial businesses, and several city and county governments.

Healthcare Private-Pay Management Division

This division was created in 1996 to provide private-pay billing assistance to our healthcare clients. This division is a separately named and operated division that provides account maintenance on patient responsibility balances. This service can be used on a one-time clean-up basis or as an on-going extension of the healthcare clients billing office.

Medical Statement Solutions Division

Medical Statement Solutions is a cost effective outsourcing answer to patient monthly statement/billing for medical practices that demand such services. MSS is HIPAA compliant and is customizable to best fit the needs of the billing process. MSS is compatible with virtually every billing program, including: Dentrex, Medical Manager & Quick Books.

Statements are custom to each office, showing off logos, highlighting payment details, EOB, and or any other requests specific to promoting prompt payment.
