Medical Statement Solutions
Medical Statement Solutions is a cost effective outsourcing answer
to patient monthly statement/billing for medical practices that demand
such services. MSS is HIPAA compliant and is customizable to best
fit the needs of the billing process. MSS is compatible with virtually
every billing program, including: Dentrex, Medical Manager & Quick
Books.
Statements are custom to each office, showing off logos, highlighting
payment details, EOB, and or any other requests specific to promoting
prompt payment.
Steps to working with MSS

Test Data Submission:
The Client will submit for programming and formatting sample data
files to MSS. Once MSS and the client have approved test file proofs,
the submission of live data may proceed.

Live Data Submission:
Once the Client's electronic files are received, the data will be
verified for its compliance. MSS will notify Client of any
recognizable files, which are incomplete, or do not meet HIPAA
compliance standards, and the Client will immediately make any
needed corrections before resubmitting.

Fee Schedule:
Fee schedule is based off of total statement volume per month,
statement paper stock and current 1st Class Postage Rate.
